After waiting for a 2nd one to be sent as the first never arrived, I was delivered a DEFECTIVE non-WORKING board. FFS (4 fuCksx Sake). Utterly disappointed. nice shipping box. This is why AMAZON is killing eBay. Who wants to deal with clowns like this especially having to get decent service after paying good money for it initially.

the board was tested before shipping, if your hard drive has mechanical issue , replacing board can't fix it, you can find a data recovery company to help

Local drop off and pick up, fast service. Unfortunately my hard drive was already too far gone, but would recommend again if you act fast enough to replace the board on your hard drive.

Great service - worked as advertised: sent the burnt out board to them and received a new one (along with the old board) within a couple of weeks. Repaired the otherwise dead HDD.
